SAR12 Sniper Rifle Paintball Gun – fun at a distance

While carrying a gun out in public might make people uneasy, sporting one for paintball is perfectly acceptable. Of course, this leisure activity is taken pretty seriously, so there are some pretty amazing tools for playing. One such being a sniper rifle that can switch to a semi-automatic.

It’s called the SAR12, which stands for Scenario Adaptive Rifle. This is a .68 caliber bolt-action paintball sniper rifle, and all you need do is change out the bolt to go into auto mode. If the situation calls for it, you can also break this down into a CQC pistol type weapon which can shoot the .68 caliber paintballs as well as First Strike rounds

SAR12 Paintball Sniper Rifle

While we tend to rely on a “rushers” strategy, we know there are plenty of you out there that like to sit back and pick people off with a sniper rifle during your paintball games. Now you can fire off rounds with the same precision as military rifles on the recreational field with the SAR12 paintball sniper rifle.

Designed by the team at Carmatech Engineering, this high quality sniper rifle fires off .68 caliber paintballs with pin point accuracy up to 100 yards.  The rifle is both CO2 and HPA compatible, and comes equipped with a 6+6 dual stack magazine along with bolt-action operation.

Wi-Fi Enabled Sniper Rifle Aims Itself, Can't Miss

Tracking Point's new sniper rifle can auto-aim up to 1,200 yards away, thanks to a laser range finder, wind speed sensors, ballistics computer, unit to measure inertia, a compass, and a networked tracking engine. Unlike standard guns, this one doesn't allow you to fire unless you are pointing the right way - you'll never miss.

Simply put, the user simply has to point the gun's laser at the target, and it will shoot when the laser hits the mark. That's not all, it streams the action to an iPad Mini (included), enabling users to post their stats directly onto the social network.
